I want a quality web site, designed by professionals
... and I want it to look good anywhere

Quality Guarantee

Our commitment to our customers means that we only produce web sites that are guaranteed to be seen at their best by the maximum number of people. Two major features are explained here, error-free web pages and accessible web pages.

1) We guarantee that we will produce error-free web pages

A sad fact of the web is that the vast majority of sites are full of errors. The result of this is that the pages do not display correctly in many browsers.

With the proliferation of new Internet-capable devices (WAP devices, mobile phones, Web TV, etc), there is an ever-increasing probability that large numbers of people will not be able to see such web sites.

In a recent survey of e-commerce packages, ours was the only one tested whose pages were 100% error-free.

You can check the number of errors on any site very easily. Enter the address of the site (eg http://www.pixata.co.uk/) in the box below and click the "Check It" button. This will open a new window with the error-checking results (this may take a few minutes for a large site).

Enter address of web site to check

Here is a quick link to validate our site (opens a new window).

Please try checking some of our sites to satisfy yourself that our quality claim is true. Now try checking other peoples' sites and see if you can find any that are error-free !!

2) We guarantee that we will produce accessible web pages

It is a well-researched fact that people will leave a site rather than struggle with it. Most people find reading text on a computer screen less comfortable than reading text on paper - the smaller the text, the more difficulty people have. Many web designers set their text at an uncomfortably small size and do not allow the user to resize it. This is a guaranteed way to lose visitors.

Try visiting a few sites and see how many do not allow you to change the size of their text. All of our web sites allow the text to be resized, ensuring that no-one will have difficulty viewing the pages.

To change the text size on a web page, try the following

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
From the View menu, choose a size from the Text Size submenu.
You can add a button to your toolbar to make this much easier. Right-click the toolbar and choose Customise. Look down the list of available buttons until you see one called "Size". Click on this once, then click the "Add ->" button to add it to the toolbar.
  • Netscape Navigator 4
On the View menu are two items named "Increase Font" and "Decrease font". You can also use Ctrl-] and Ctrl-[ respectively.
